LEGAL SERVICES
The purpose of activity of our legal subdivision is realization of legal defense of interests of
partner.
Basic tasks:
- legal protection of interests of partner during work with a problem receivable/accounts payable
debt;
- mediation is a pre-trial settlement of disputes;
- complete complex of services in execution of court decisions;
- accompaniment of executive production;
- establishment of presence of alternative assets of debtor with the purpose of appeal on them of
penalty in the process of return of problem debt;
- organization of co-operating with the organs of department judicial of Ukraine, government
executive service, by law enforcement authorities on questions of bringing in to responsibility
of persons, violating the legislation of Ukraine.
